– Nervous system healing, moving from living in a constant state of high alert (fight, flight, or freeze) into a grounded state of safety, joy, and receptivity to life
– Awakening erotic energy and pleasure in the body
– Discovering and understanding your emotional world more deeply
– Working through sexual shame shaped by religion, family, or traumatic experiences
– Discovering different aspects of the feminine, including receptivity and intimacy
– Working with trauma stored in the body and how it shows up in intimacy and relationships

When we work together in these areas, the shifts don’t stay contained to intimacy alone.
They flow into your whole life.

Your belief in yourself.

Your relationship to your body and pleasure and therefore your relationship in intimacy with others.

This work creates a deepening of knowing of yourself & your body.

How we are in intimacy tells us so much about the deepest parts of ourselves — often the most vulnerable and tender parts.
